My hair is still in!
No, I haven’t pulled it out yet. haha
This morning back at work has been a bit rough, but that’s ok! Working on things and moving in the right direction. Gotta try to keep that positive outlook.
I was reminded of The Hungry Yogini’s post from yesterday during the craziness this morning. Reading the excerpt she added at the bottom of the post made me smile and reminded me to relax. I thought I’d share it here for all of you.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe,
